Etna Hikings is suitable for those who enjoy long hikes and a true experience in the primordial and unique nature of the volcano.
-What does the service include?
A transfer is provided from a place to be agreed upon - with a comfortable 9-seater minibus authorised to transport passengers - to the starting point of the trek.
Etna is an active volcano, the highest among the European ones, and since 1987 it has become a Regional Park. Moreover, since 2013 it has been recognised by Unesco as a World Heritage Site, and has become one of the four Italian Unesco sites.
Your Environmental Hiking Guide will tell you about the geology, history, myths and culture of the place, and depending on your level, can suggest which type of trekking to do. These itineraries have been designed and created by your nature guide to offer great emotions to the most demanding hikers. Each slope of Etna is composed of unique and different landscapes.
From north to south and to the east and west slopes, Etna is always different and changing, and a week is not enough to visit the main slopes of the volcano.
At the end of this visit, you will be accompanied by a comfortable minibus to the agreed upon location.
"So grab your boots and discover Europe's highest volcano at its best, accompanied by a knowledgeable and attentive guide".
